Performance Matrix Movement and Performance Screening and Movement Optimisation Training has been developed by Australian Physiotherapist Mark Comerford and UK based Sarah Mottram.
- An extension of the work already carried out in our clinics we use The Foundation Matrix, specific movement tests developed by Performance Matrix.
- By analysing your compensatory movements and postural adaptations we are able to identify weak links in the kinetic chain which may be having a detrimental affect on your performance.
- We can then prioritise areas of high and low risk, as well as seeing where your assets ( non weak areas ) are. This means you do not waste time training inappropriately.
- We can see results in just three to four sessions and will liaise with your coach or trainer to ensure ongoing results.
- Suitable for sportsmen and women and anyone who is active and who is noticing an unexplained reduction in their performance or suffering recurrent injury.
