Pilates        ......................Core Blimey!!!
Pilates targets the deep postural muscles, building strength from the inside out. Pilates will improve posture, increase flexibility and mobility, as well as improving tone and creating a lean body shape. It is suitable for top level athletes, weekend warriors, and those who have never exercised before.

We offer one to one or small group pilates with Chartered Physiotherapist,  Anna Geary.  Anna, a keen triathlete is passionate about teaching core control to improve muscular and joint dysfunction and is qualified through APPI. Anna's sessions are a fabulous way of progressing from manual therapy or early rehabilitation stage allowing you to gain confidence as well as strength putting you firmly back in control and back to fitness.

Anna also runs classes in Lancaster and Priest Hutton
